I'm Pretty Crafty...
UPDATE!!

I know it’s been awhile since I’ve logged on (due to cheap roommates
[no internet], moving across country, too busy with school, etc).
Anyway, I am currently residing in LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY!!
We live in a pretty neat apartment complex that’s half buried in the woods.
There’s a lake behind the pool && it’s surrounded by trees
&& when you look up past the trees,
you’ll see a freshly mowed hill which is the 9hole golf course.
When its not so damp (there was a thunderstorm last night)
I’ll explore && take pictures. For now, I need to put pants on
because we’re going to go furniture shopping in a little bit.
BYE!

It’s my little brother’s birthday!

Because I’m moving, I made him a cheesy “Big Sister Gift Certificate”. The certificate entails: a dinner date, his choice of movie, a slumber party, && breakfast in bed. All of which is to be done with me.

I also wrote him a letter. I’ll spare you the mushy stuff. Along with the letter I wrote short descriptions of each year he’s been alive.
Here they are:

Conception: We were living in Rota, Spain. I was seven years old when mom and dad told me and Melissa that we were going to have a baby brother. I wanted a baby sister. Dad also tried to name you ‘Dragon’, thank god that didn’t happen. Mom went away for a few months because she was having a difficult pregnancy (so even from the womb you were a handful).

Birth: Dad picked up me and Melissa from school to visit mom in the hospital because she just had you. You were tiny and when I first saw you, you were crying. I put my finger in the palm of your hand and you held it and stopped crying.

When you came home: I didn’t like you. All you did was poop and eat and everyone loved you- I didn’t see the appeal.

1years old: Melissa and I used to dress you up like a girl. One day you were crawling in the hallway and you farted and scared yourself. You were weird. You would stare at the ceiling fan constantly. We moved to Lemoore, California.

2years old: I guess I started to like you. You carried mine and Melissa’s hand-me-down cabbage patch doll with you wherever you went and you called it your baby. I would give you bubble baths and wrap you up afterwards and rock you. You would make me say ‘the words’, “I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you always. As long as I’m living, my baby you’ll be.”

3years old: I didn’t like you. You pooped in the swimming pool multiple times and I had to clean it up. I remember going to the NEX with dad, he was holding your hand and you couldn’t keep up with his long strides so you just let him drag you through the store. You kept asking my friend Arielle to be your girlfriend- she did not return your love.

4years old: You became scared of the vacuum (still are). You called Melissa a ‘b*tch’ so that was pretty funny. You were trying to walk around the coffee table but she wouldn’t move her legs and so you called her that. You also went into my room a lot and would take my things, jerk. You rode your bicycle into the swimming pool and almost drowned, I saved you.

5years old: You learned how to play playstation and we would play Spyro the Dragon for hours. You also learned how make buttered toast. You basically just ate buttered toast for the whole year. Melissa and I taught our dog, Chase, how to attack. We taught him to attack you and he jumped up and bit your butt.

6years old:  When we were staying the weekend at dad’s apartment on 19th avenue, you and Melissa shared a bed. You wet the bed. You two never shared a bed again.

7years old: You went to Akers with me. I would pick you up from your kindergarten class every day. You asked Ms. Orosco if she was a boy. Me, dad, Michelle and you would go to Lion’s Park and fly kites.

8years old: I moved in with dad and Michelle and Melissa was about to leave for boot camp. Lying in bed one night, you kept rubbing your eyes and I asked if you were crying. You said that you were sweating and that you were hot. So I held you and you told me that because I was living with dad and Melissa was going to bootcamp that you weren’t going to have anymore sisters (can’t get rid of us that easy). Also that year, I was getting eggs ready for us to decorate for Easter and you pooped on the floor and blamed it on Bosco. You got really into Star Wars this year. **Bosco is the dog.

9years old: We moved into the house on Oakdale and we had our own rooms. Dad would always tell me to spend time with you and I didn’t want to. You learned how to ride a bike this year.

10years old: I’m pretty sure you crapped yourself in the carwash with Michelle. I could be wrong about the age, but yeah, you crapped in the carwash.

11years old: I used to leave school to have lunch with you. I loved it even though the yard duties would always scold me for coming on campus. B*tches.  Oh! And you cried over your first girlfriend, Sam, it was the cutest thing!

12years old: You spent the night with me in my apartment. It was my second night living there and we ate Chinese food and stayed up late watching movies. Dad was texting us non-stop. Also this year, you shot me in the face with the BB gun, we both stared at eachother, stunned, for like 2 minutes.

13years old: Your voice started to change, we all called you ‘Tranny’. I punched you in the face.

14years old: Today is your birthday. I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you always. As long as I’m living, my baby you’ll be. Deal with it.
